BSA Model 12 Takedown Martini .22 Rifle. Condition is excellent overall with
virtually 100% blue. Stock is sound with nearly all it's finish, although it
shows the usual dings expected after some 90 years (made about 1920). Excellent
mechanical condition with a fine relined bore. Barrel may have been secured
with loctite since it doesn't want to unscrew. This is one of the best model 12
rifles I've found in years. I sold it in 1982, and recently bought it back! PH
7 rear sight and FS22 front. Missing barrel sight.

Colt Lightning .22 Pump-Action Rifle. Made in 1901. Sound rifle with about
60-70% original blue turning to brown patina. Mechanically very good and seems
to function corectly. 24" barrel with fair bore. Minor chip in forearm.
Original sights. Very good buttstock with much original finish and an original
very good Colt Buttplate. Overall, a nice historic rifle with moderate wear
consistant with over 100 years of handling. These were introduced in 1887,
discontinued in 1904 and were a well-made and very popular rifle.

Fantastic Colt Model 1883 Furr Arms 1/3 Scale Replica Gatling Gun in .22 Short!
An amazing shooting replica with remarkable detail even to the Colt markings.
Ten barrels in a brass shroud and Accles 60rd feed drum magazine. Condition is
excellent, showing light use. Brass is beginning to show a nice patina which
could be easily polished back to full bright brass. Serial number 158. Only a
few of these were made on a custom basis nearly 40 years ago before production
halted. Mechanically excellent. These don't come along very often!

smoothbore carbine is chambered for a special 12 Guage ball and shot cartridge
and used for guard duty - possibly in Egypt. Condition is very good with nearly
all smooth blue on barrel. Action blue has mostly faded to brown patinan. Tight
action and excellent, shiny bore. For a police guard gun in a third-world
country, it's in nice conditon.

Swedish CG63 Target Rifle Cal 6.5X55mm Built on M1896 Swedish Mauser Action
with new 30" barrel and fitted with new walnut target stock. Made for Swedish
miliary marches. The action is dated 1905. All matching numbers. Fitted with
micro-adjustablerear target sight and target front sight. This rifle appears to
be in near new condition showing only some handling marks in the wood. These
have a well-deserved reputation for superior accuracy. No import marks and in

Prototype Norwegian Krag Model 1911 Carbine, 6.5mm, Serial Number 18. One of a
few test guns made in 1911, now sporterized. The barrel is unaltered and in the
original configuration. All parts numbered 18, including barrel, bolt, trigger
guard, and original rear sight. Arsenal renumbered original barrel shows faint
numbers under the "18". Drilled and tapped for receiver sight with two small
holes in front of bolt handle. Very shootable bore with sharp, shiny lands and
dark grooves. Well worth restoration! No import marks. Few have survived!

Antique Steyr Model 1886/89 Portuguese Kropatschek Colonial Rifle with upper
handguard in 8x60R, complete with original bayonet. Primarily issued in Africa
and the Far East, these weren't released from service until 1961 and saw active
service in WWI against Germans in Angola & Mozambique and WWII against Japanese
in East Timor. Overall condition very good, mechanically excellent. Bore very
good or better with sharp bright rifling and dark grooves (may clean). Bolt
mismatched. Original cleaning rod. Bayonet marked Steyr 1886. No import marks.

Very unusual Kropatschek Fullstock Sporting Rifle with tubular magazine and
double set triggers. Similar to a French Modele 1884 Navy, but slightly
different receiver and different cocking piece. Caliber .38/40 (marked CAL.38
W.C.M.L.RE) which may mean Colt Model Lightning Revolver. Appears to be a
high-quality factory sporter. No maker marking and no proof marks. Excellent
condition with fine bore. Full stock with cheekpiece and checkered pistol grip.
Unusual high-quality trap in butt. If you can identify it, call me!

Remarkable Lee Model 1899 Improved Straight Pull Prototype Salesman or Patent
Sample Rifle. Last version of Winchester Lee Straight Pull Navy Model 1895 with
Edwards Patent marked magazine. Made in USA and shipped to "British & Foreign
Lee Arms Co. Ltd" in London near the end of James Paris Lee's life in 1899.
Serial number 12 with short 6 1/2" plugged barrel. Condition is near new with
almost all original stock finish showing light wear and dings from handling.
Original High Polish Blue shows flaking on triggerguard and floorplate.

carbine. Very early serial of 5908. New .45/70 barrel was installed with 1873
Trapdoor rear sight. Forend fitted with horn tip. Overall condition is very
good with excellent bore. Crisp action with some silvery case hardening. 100%
blue on the barrel. Very good or better sound wood with most original finish
showing dings and dents expected in a 135 year old rifle. Spot of old dark rust
on butt plate. Mechanically excellent. Would make a great antique shooter!

Rare Czech Model VZ24 8mm Sniper Rifle. Overall condition is good to very good
showing blue wear and stock dings typical of a heavily-used military rifle.
Walnut stock and handguard are sound with no cracks. Bore appears excellent but
dirty. Rifle is complete with the original military scope bases, but no scope.
Czech military acceptance date of 1938, and Germany completely took over by
1939, so it was probably pressed into Nazi service. Proper but mismatched bolt.
A good representative example of these rare rifles.

Very unusual Original Mauser Sporting Rifle in .275. This appears to be a .275
H&H, but exactly which .275 belted cartridge isn't clear. Regardless, a very
unusual Sporting Rifle. Came out of the Kynoch Collection back in the 1980's
and marked with their collection number. In a private collection since. Bore is
bright with roughness in the grooves. Condition is very good with excellent,
all matching metal. Marked .275 on stock and barrel. Stock shows it's been
clamped in a shooting vice many times. Large Mauser banner! No import marks.

Ruger Mini-14 British Police .223 Sniper Rifle. Excellent condition showing
handling. 181 Serial prefix, purchased in 1978 by the Royal Ulster
Constabulary in Northern Ireland for use as a sniper rifle. The purchase
created considerable controversy at the time. This example is equipped with a
scope base (of some kind) on the left side of the action, a very heavy duty
forward sling arrangment, and carries British proofs. No import marks.

Very rare U.S. T3 Prototype Carbine made for the infra-red Snooperscope. This
one has a complete forward T-3 receiver with anInland rear receiver grafted to
the T-3. The T-3 part of the receiver has never been cut or demilled. The graft
has been professionally done and doesn't show except under very close
examination. Inland barrel with exc. bore. Very hard to find in any condition!
Complete with proper Infra-Red Scope. Another T-3 Carbine just sold at James
Julia Auction for $6325 without the scope!

Swiss

A very few Schmidt-Rubin K-31 Carbines in .30-06 were made in a small special
order (20 guns) for the Swiss Shooting Team in Mexico City in 1971. All were
commercial models with a "P" prefix serial (Privat) in the P269,5xx range.
These were marked ".30/06" on barrel ring. I'm able to offer some of the
original individual Mexican Registration Cards issued by the Secretary of
National Defense to the Swiss Team. Each card lists the specific serial number.
If you own a rifle, you will want a Registration Card to document it's source!

Wood is truly in beautiful condition. Numbers are matching. A very scarce
Vetterli, as few were made. No import marks.

acquired by German Army in 1956. Very high quality adult size single shot rifle
using the Match-Grade Model 54 action. Mechanically excellent. Numbers do not
match. Stock about very good showing the usual military handling marks. Bore is
excellent. 95% or better blue finish. German military acceptance marks on metal
and stock. 23 1/2" barrel with handguard and tangent rear sight (25 - 100
Meters). Feels similar to the WWII Mauser KKW training rifle. Hard to find.

H&R Model MC-58 U.S. Marine Corps .22 Training Rifle. Tested under contract
with the Marine Corps and the Army in 1958 but never adopted. Few were
acquired. This one is marked "USMC PROPERTY" on the barrel. Condition is
excellent plus, near new with about 100% original parkerizing. Excellent bore.
Receiver drilled and tapped for scope (see picture), possibly by the Marines.
Rarely found on the market in any condition.

arsenal modified to carbine with 22" barrel. Stock has ramrod hole properly
plugged with walnut. Buffington rear sight, wrong front sight. Very good or
better condition with a fine sound stock. Mechanically excellent with bright,
shiny perfect bore. Would be great for a reenactor or with the fine bore, would
make an excellent shooter. Serial number indicates 1890 manufacture.

Rare Prototype or display M1 Garand Rifle. Made by Springfield Armory during
WWII to evaluate a new prototype gas cylinder with no stacking swivel and a new
method of bayonet attachment. Also equipped with experimental muzzle brake.
Original experimental serial is 0000000. Barrel dated 8-43 (mid-WWII). Overall
condition excellent showing about 98% original parkerizing. Muzzle brake
in-the-white. never pakerized. Very interesting War-time Garand that deserves
more research. Most prototypes were never released from Springfield. Unique!

Rare Model 1901 Springfield experimental military rifle receiver. Springfield
discontinued development of these rifles and the receivers were sold as scrap.
Not very many survived. This one has nearly all milling operations completed,
and is threaded for a barrel. Of course, it was never heat-treated, so wouldn't
be safe to make into a firing rifle - except a .22. Condition is excellent
in-the-white and shows a little toning of patina. Not considered a firearm, so
it can be sold to anyone. Great display item for an '03 Collector!

Springfield Model 1879 Trapdoor .45/70 Saddle Ring Cavalry Carbine with
interesting history. Retains almost all the original blue. Overall very good or
better condtion with lots of handling marks on the stock. Mechanically
excellent with rough bore. Purchased from the Hollywood Hal Roach Studios when
the studio shut down in the early 60's by a U.S. Marine. Marked "H E R XA" on
the breechblock indicating a movie prop gun. Fitted with a rifle rear sight,
but otherwise an all original Cavalry carbine and veteran of the Indian Wars.

Westminster, London on barrel. A great foundation to build an interesting
rifle. Not easy to find.

German G41(W) Semi-Auto Rifle in 8mm Mauser. Manufactured by Berliner-Lubecker
and dated 1943. Marked duv 43. This rare WWII semi-auto was one of the last
made. Matching numbers except for magazine. Bore is excellent. Original stock
in excellent condition with ony a few handling marks. Milled for the rare
telescopic sniper sight. A very scarce German WWII Rifle as only 125,000 were
made. Most went to the Eastern Front with a low survival rate. No import marks.
This is a fine, honest GI bringback.

Nice old Antique Winchester Model 1873 Saddle Ring Carbine in .44/40. Metal was
professionally restored with 99% blue, sound wood and shootable bore, pitted
with strong rifling. Barrel markings are intact, serial very faint. Surfaces
have been well polished and flat areas have almost a mirror finish without
ripples. Stock shows oversanding. Complete with dustcover. Nice tight old
carbine that you can shoot without destroying the value. As always, have it
checked by a gunsmith before shooting. A great relic of the Old West!

Interesting Prewar Winchester Model 63 .22 rifle with British proofs.
Mechanically excellent. Metal retains nearly all the blue as refinished. Barrel
drilled and tapped for scope mounts. Equipped with a Weaver B4 scope in British
Parker-Hale scope rings and mounts. Buttstock has a chip at the toe and a gouge
on the right side. Forend is fine. Excellent bore. Serial in the 38,xxxA range
so it was manufactured in 1940. No pitting. Well worthy of restoration. Would
make a great shooter as is.
